Ultimately, this is the story of a small-time biker gang in New Jersey, little more. The writing here is as streetwise and sassy as in the original game, but perhaps it is somewhat inevitable that the scope of Johnny’s story feels much smaller and less epic than Niko’s journey last year. Like the original, the new episode conveys a humor, wit, intelligence and sense of cultural satire that, although sophomoric at times, at least never takes itself too seriously. While dystopian, this vision is not nihilistic.

The new weapons, new friend activities, ability to hang out with multiple friends, the follow teh leader mechanic, calling for backup, gun van, bikes anytime you want.

All the new websites, radio stuff, tv shows, etc. Changes to the map like teh additions of exteriors and interiors. The new model for Johnny, new motion capture, new dialogue,etc. The overhauled driving physics for bikes, and even implemented in alot of the original cars.
On top of that, 50 seagulls, never ending gang wars with unlockable weapon spawns, new race courses, the ability to use bats and sawn offs on bikes, the 20 new vehicles, including tons of new bikes, some old vehicles returning, and new ones. They are also longer, harder and multi-tiered/ more involved. Over 20 new missions, all of which add something new to the story and intersect with Niko's story.
Plus, if you get yourself TLAD then it's going to be much worth it to buy TBOGT and see how Niko's story mixes with everyones else.
Example: when leaving in a gang for a mission, let the other bikers go before you do, seeing you're always last. You can rage through the game or go slowly as a biker. If you said no, then the "inbred" reasons have been mentioned but reason #4 would be "You're too much of an idiot to know how this game/episode is as much fun as the real Gta IV". I bought myself those 1200 Micro.Points and the DLC costs.800? I can't really remember, but I couldn't buy much afterwards with my card (only 1 Guitar Hero song ).
